A contemporary lobby renovation. Highlights of the design include: Custom desk, which incorporated inlay metal strips into the wood face. Creation of a very large package room. A well defined seating area with new furniture. A redesigned mailroom. Relocated existing chandelier to the back lobby, while the front lobby was lit with cove and recessed lights.
